Metarhizium Anisopliae

It is produced by using Metarhizium anisopliae ,  which is an entomopathogenic fungus that can control many insect pests Mode of Action: Upon application of itin the soil ,  the spores get the favorable condition to germinate and thereby the mycelium develops. When the insects come into contact with the fungus ,  it becomes infected by the mycelia and the fungal mycelia starts deriving nutrients from the body fluid of the insect which eventually perishes the insect Benefits: it controls leaf hoppers  ,  root grubs  ,  Japanese beetle  ,  Black vine weevil  ,   Spittlebug  white grubs  ,  Borers  ,  cutworms  ,  termites  ,  Root weevils  Crops: Vegetables ,  Fruit crops ,  Cereals ,  Pulses ,  Fibre crops ,  Cole crops ,  nurseries ,  lawns and landscape ,  Orchards ,  Cut flowers and Ornamentals in greenhouses metarizam is used.Mode of action: When the bio Metarhizium spores of the fungus come into contact with the body of an insect host, they germinate, Penetrates the cuticle and grow inside, killing the insect within a matter of days, a white mold emerges from the cadaver and produces new spores inside the target pests.
